Aquatica is a community-focused aquatics shop where passion becomes a career. You’ll learn tank care, water chemistry, livestock handling, and customer service while maintaining display tanks customers love. This role is perfect if you’re eager, dependable, and excited to grow in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain display tanks: water tests, routine maintenance, cleaning.
- Care for livestock and plants; follow quarantine and health procedures.
- Advise customers on setups, equipment, and livestock choices.
- Stock and receive shipments; keep displays attractive and organized.
- Support store events and help create educational demos.
What we’re looking for
- Attitude: Curious, dependable, eager to learn.
- Skills: Good communication and customer service; basic mechanical aptitude.
- Physical: Comfortable standing for shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience: Tank experience is a plus but not required — we provide training.
